This is a full-time position and will be part of the firm’s Management Accounting and Reporting Solutions (MARS) program.
This position involves setting up a system for management reports for clients that focus on segmented areas of business, such as how departments are performing during certain time periods, realization rates, and profit loss by team, jobs, or departments. In this role, you will provide comprehensive consulting services to our clients, with an emphasis on improving financial practices and making strategic recommendations. While transactional bookkeeping is important, this position will focus less on day-to-day transactions and more on guiding clients toward optimal financial outcomes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique financial needs and challenges and providing expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their potential.
Job Responsibilities:
Accounting software consulting

Reporting Solutions including:
- Budget forecasting

Technical Skills:
Core Accounting Solutions including:
- Bank Reconciliations
- General ledger reconciliations
- Fixed asset management
- Basic reporting (balance sheet, P&L)
- Provide support to clients on QuickBooks issues.
3 years of experience
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good project management skills (ability to meet deadlines within an agreed-upon budget)
